Welcome each customer and their pets with a friendly smile and ask them to comfortably sit in the seating area. Carefully listen to your customers' requests and give a warm grooming to the kittens. Be very gentle and handle the kittens carefully, to make them feel happy. Make sure your client is totally satisfied when they go out of your salon.
