They already know what they want, and they definitely don't want you to mess that up! But how will you know which hairstyle your customers want? Simple! Learn a trick of the trade by watching your customers face closely to see which hair style option they like best! If your customer is sad or angry looking, then that is NOT the style for them. But if they are smiling, then you know that you have made a good choice!
